Use of the site

• Information here is provided for general reference and may change without notice.
• You must be 18+ and legally able to sign a bail-bond contract to submit forms.
• Submitting false information is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

Bail-bond services

All bail bonds are subject to a written indemnity agreement, Florida Department of Financial Services rules, and applicable court requirements. Premiums are set by Florida statute at 10% of the bond amount and are non-refundable once posted.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Chargebacks or disputes do not release you from your obligations under the indemnity agreement.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site "as is" and disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use to the maximum extent permitted by law.
