Every arrest in Osceola County, including Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Celebration and Poinciana, ends up at the Osceola County Jail on Simpson Road. Here is how to find your loved one, how bail gets set, the two ways to pay it, and how long release takes.

Where the Osceola County Jail Is

The Osceola County Jail is at 402 Simpson Road, Kissimmee, FL 34744. The main jail number is (407) 742-4444, and the Bonds and Dockets line is (407) 742-4404.

Cases are heard at the Judge Jon B. Morgan Courthouse, 2 Courthouse Square in Kissimmee. The Osceola County Clerk of Court is at (407) 742-3500.

Step 2: Check Whether Bail Has Been Set

Many charges have a set amount on the Ninth Judicial Circuit’s standard bond schedule, which applies to Orange and Osceola counties before first appearance. When a charge is on the schedule, the bond can be posted soon after booking.

Some charges have to wait for a judge. Osceola County lists first appearances at 1:30 p.m. on weekdays, and the court’s order sets weekends and court holidays at 11:00 a.m., by video. If bail isn’t set yet, we can have the paperwork ready so the bond goes in as soon as the judge sets it.

    Step 3: Pay the Bond

There are two ways to post bail at the Osceola County Jail:

    • Pay the full bond yourself. The jail does not take cash for bonds. It accepts a cashier’s check or money order, or a credit or debit card online through the county’s bond payment site.
    • Use a licensed bail bond agent. You pay the agent the premium Florida sets: 10% of the bond, with a $100 minimum per bond. The agent posts the full amount.

How We Post an Osceola County Bond

    1. Call (407) 321-2663 any time, day or night.
    2. We confirm the booking, the charges and the bond amount.
    3. A cosigner signs the bond paperwork by phone with e-signature.
    4. You pay the premium, or we set up a payment plan for qualified clients.
    5. We post the bond at the Osceola County Jail.

    Step 4: Wait for Release

Osceola County says release takes about 4 to 6 hours after the bond is paid, and sometimes longer. Keep your phone on and have a ride ready.

    Watch Out for Bond Scams

The Osceola County Jail will never call you asking for a bond payment, and it does not take Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay or Cash App. If someone calls claiming to be the jail and asks for money, hang up and call the jail directly at (407) 742-4444.

    While They Are Inside

    • To put money on their account, use Access Corrections online, by phone at 1-866-345-1884, or at the lobby kiosk (cash only).
    • Inmate phone calls go through ICSolutions.
    • Bring a valid photo ID and arrive 15 minutes before a lobby visit. Bags go in a locker.
